Administration Decries 'Democratic Fabrication' as More Epstein Estate Images Made Public

House Democrats have released a additional set of what they described as "alarming" pictures from the property of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, featuring among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The first release of 19 photographs—some of which have been seen before—plus another 70 released later on Friday represent a minuscule portion of the approximately 100,000 images provided to the House oversight committee, which is probing the conduct and connections of Epstein.

The fallen money manager died by an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York jail cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking crimes.

Notable Figures in the Photos

Included in the notable figures visible in the initial batch are public figures featuring film director Woody Allen; Microsoft creator Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin empire.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is photographed with six women, whose faces are redacted.

White House Reaction

The White House reacted to the release in a official comment, charging Democrats of selectively "hand-picking" the photographs for political purposes and to "attempt to fabricate a false storyline."

"That partisan falsehood against President Trump has been consistently disproven," a White House spokesperson stated, asserting that "the Trump administration has accomplished more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats have ever done by repeatedly calling for openness, disclosing numerous documents of papers, and urging more inquiries into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Panel Member Remarks

The photographs were disclosed lacking captions, but per a Democratic representative from California and ranking member of the investigative panel, they raise more questions about Epstein's associations with the rich and powerful.

"It is time to halt this White House obfuscation and secure justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his influential associates," he stated in a release.

The disclosure of these materials comes as the oversight committee proceeding with its investigation into the Epstein matter.
