Los Angeles experienced widespread celebrations after the Dodgers clinched a nail-biting seven-match World Series title. Supporters across the globe united with Angelenos in jubilation, marking the first time in 25 years that a team has achieved back-to-back championships.
Celebration Parade Attracts Massive Turnout
Local celebrations featured a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at Dodger Stadium, and spontaneous parties throughout the city.
Online footage depict thousands of Los Angeles residents packing city center avenues, many displaying handmade banners and team flags. The squad was seen riding high on a double-decker bus through the masses, hoisting the championship trophy proudly.
“I’m already thinking about the third time we’re going to achieve this,” Shohei Ohtani stated through an interpreter.
The procession path ended at the stadium, where the team emerged to the rapper’s “Not Like Us,” with DJ Mustard providing music and the artist cruising a Pacific blue classic car around the field.

Festivities began well before the parade, with supporters setting off fireworks in the roads of Downtown Los Angeles on Sunday night.
The World Series MVP, awarded the World Series’ Most Valuable Player, commented plainly about the victory.
